THE RIGHT TASK FOR YOUR EXAM
Start with the task, not a template. What you need to communicate changes with the prompt and exam mode.
Read the passage, identify the main message and write a summary that follows the selected task’s instructions. Check meaning and form before submitting.

YOUR ANSWER, WITH MORE CONTEXT
The real essay report pairs a response with separate criteria and suggestions. In this example, the content comment asks for greater relevance—a reason to revisit the question and check which details actually support the answer.
Use the criteria as prompts for review, not a checklist of automatic fixes. If a comment and a score seem inconsistent, check the original response rather than accepting either uncritically.
Understand AI feedbackMAKE YOUR NEXT ATTEMPT MORE USEFUL
Identify the purpose and required points. Check the instructions for your selected exam and task.
Choose the main ideas and a sensible order before you start. Keep your outline relevant to the question.
Use the response editor and word count. Read back for missing points, unclear sentences and avoidable language errors.
Read the available feedback and compare it with your response. Choose a specific change to practise next.
PREPARING FOR CORE?
The Core example asks you to write to a new neighbour about specific issues. Your preparation should focus on that reader, purpose and requested information—not simply adapt an essay introduction.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Swiftuni includes Summarize Written Text for Academic and Core, Write Essay for Academic and Write Email for Core. Select your exam first, then follow the instructions shown for the task.
Core practice uses Write Email rather than the Academic Write Essay task. Both modes include Summarize Written Text, but you should follow the instructions for your selected exam rather than assume the requirements are identical.
The available criteria depend on the task. Supported feedback can address content, form, structure, grammar, vocabulary and spelling. Email feedback can also consider organisation and email conventions. Read the fields shown for your actual response.

No. They are practice estimates, not Pearson results or a guaranteed exam outcome. AI suggestions can be imperfect: compare the comments with the task and your actual response before deciding what to change.
